Return,Warranty and Refund policy

We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 15 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.

Return/refund due to product quality issue:

1. Please Contact Us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.

2. Pack your items carefully and send them through your local post office to make sure they arrive safely.

3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

4. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. CurlerExpert cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to curlerexpert.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

Return Conditions

1. Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you have received your order.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Human factors damaged.

3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.

5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages is non-refundable.

Product warranty policy:
1. The products enjoy one year free warranty from the purchased date.
2. Customers need to pay the shipping fee for the warranty items.
3. No free warranty for the following conditions.

Buyer damaged/misused goods
Evidence is needed to after-sale service:
1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging and before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue. 2. Only offering screenshots of customer dispute refunds, can not prove that it must be a product quality issue, and CurlerExpert will not provide after-sales service.

Returned shipping fees:
1. If the customer returns the product due to product quality problems within 15 days, please pay freight first. We will check after receiving the return. If it is indeed the product quality problem, the freight will be returned to the customer.
2. If there is no problem in checking the product quality, the freight will not be refunded.
